The location here is great - it's within walking distance to restaurants, the town center, and plenty of shops; the room includes a comfortable queen bed and reliable internet.

Great and perfect location, right in the downtown of Medicine Hat. Also - close enough to various stores, the restaurant and the centre of town. Amazingly comfortable room, a shower and bath sheets in the room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and amazing staff.

Comfort quadruple room with a queen bed. A lot of supplies in the room: a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. Excellent and ideal location of the hotel, next to the downtown of Medicine Hat and amazing restaurants such as the Local.

We were pleased with the double room we received, which had a reliable internet connection and a comfortable King Bed, and it was a nice bonus to have fridges and a washing machine available.

The breakfast was basic but satisfying with a nice selection of toast and cold cereal. the coffee was surprisingly good and they had plenty of jams and peanut butter to choose from. the free laundry setup in the hallway was a great convenience, allowing me to leave with clean clothes in my suitcase. the large window in the room that actually opened was a rare find these days.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a major room mix-up. the front desk staff was unable to help us fix the issue and the promised compensation never materialized.

I had a great experience at Villa in downtown. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and the staff were amazing. They even noticed my car lights were left on and called to let me know. the room was cozy and the price was really great, especially for a uni student. the location was perfect for walking around and exploring the old buildings in the area. I also appreciated the free laundry setup in each hallway and the well-lit parking options. Cons: Liked everything about Villa 😊.

relaxed at villa for a couple of days & it exceeded my expectations. comfy rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast options. enjoyed the open window in the room.
